Our transformer cooling radiators are engineered to ensure optimal heat management for oil-immersed power and distribution transformers, meeting the highest industry standards.
Standard Radiators: Manufactured to EN 50216-06 and DIN 42559 standards, vacuum-proof and capable of withstanding 1 bar pressure at 100°C transformer oil. Panel width of 520 mm, with a 45 mm gap between panels, and lengths ranging from 800 to 3500 mm.
Custom Radiator Types: Available in various configurations, including normal, corner-cut (left or right), offset, graded (swanneck), and slanted designs, with 5 to 35 panels per radiator.
Material Options: Radiator panels are made from DIN 10130 DC01 CCR steel sheets (1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, or 1.5 mm thickness), with stainless steel options available upon request.
Corrosion Protection: Painted to EN ISO 12944 standards, with internal surfaces coated in transformer oil-resistant paint and external surfaces treated with galvanization or e-coating (KTL) for high-corrosion environments.

MG1102 Impregnated Net: Engineered with a fiberglass base and modified epoxy resin, this net provides excellent thermal resistance and rigidity, ideal for reinforcing resin power transformers. Also available in a low-resin impregnation variant.
